Tube Mills Machinery

The Tube Mill is a combination of equipment installed in a line for the production of High Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) carbon steel tubes. The process involved is cold forming of carbon steel strip in circular shape, longitudinal welding, sizing, converting into Rectangular/Square shape and cutting to pre determined length.

The complete line is divided in three sections:

  • Entry Section
  • Forming, Welding, Cooling and Sizing Section
  • Cutting and Delivery Section

Raw material (Steel Strip) In form of a coil is uncoiled and fed Into forming section passing through the equipment of entry section. Entry section enables the tube mill to run continuously by using strip joining and accumulation equipment. Tube is formed in round shape passing through a set of driven and idler rollers of forming section before welding.

In welding section tube is longitudinally welded by using high frequency induction welding method. Outside bead is removed and formed in shape of scrap. The weld seam is ironed and tube passes through the cooling section. In sizing section, tube is formed to specified size and converted into Rectangular/Square shape. After sizing, tube Is cut to specifled length by using f Lying cutting equipment and delivered in collecting troughs passing through run out conveyor.


Cut To Length Lines

Cut To Length Lines Are Used For Uncoiling, Straightening, Gauging, Cross Cutting To Length And Stacking Work. It Perform Variety Of Operational Functions Including Cut Sheet Leveling, Edge Trim (If Required) Cut To Length And Stack Sheet And Plates. The Cut To Length Line Can Make Sure Of Accurate Feeding And Shearing. It Can Be Widely Used In Cold Or Hot Rolling Carbon Steel, Tinplate, Stainless Steel And All The Other Kinds Of Metal Materials With Surface Coating. Cut To Length Line Machines Is Controlled By PLC System Or Manually As Required By The Customer. It Has PLC Controlled Single Shaft Feeder, The Information Of Length, Shearing Numbers And Speed Can Be Put To The HΜΙ.
When The Need Shearing Number Is Reached The Line Can Stop Automatically. The Line Speed Can Be Adjusted. It Has A Gauge With High Precision And Whole Line Can Work Automatically And Operate Easily Thereby Producing Smooth Sheets.
